Glengariff River

Glengarriff Wood’s nature reserve covers over 300 hecters with the dominant habitats being oak woodland .The glacial processes has shaped and formed the now wooded glen. It was photographed at the peak of Autumn.

In photography one of the most stunning ways to capture a flowing stream is to show movement. Looking at the water as the subject it is the perfect dynamic challenge to capture the movement in the stillness of the surrounding forest.
