HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

If you have found a product, you can place the product in the shopping cart. Top right, you can always see how many items are in you're shopping cart and what the total sum of this is. If you're in the shopping cart you can click on the "Checkout" link to complete your order.

EMAIL UPDATES

Once you've placed an order with us, you will instantly receive an email with the order details, a digital invoice and payment information. We will keep you constantly informed with your track and trace number  by email about the status of your order. 

If you would like to change your order or if you want to cancel it, you can send us an e-mail or you can call us. Please see our contact page  for information how to reach us. When you send us an e-mail, please state your order number in the subject of the e-mail. This will speed up the process of your e-mail.

Orders can be placed through the mail or by contacting Eoghan Kavanagh by phone.

 DELIVERY

We deliver all  packages generally from Monday to Friday. You will be contacted by us and we send out all packages within 2 weeks of order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE

As soon as your image or framed image leaves our gallery, you are able to trace it all the way until it reaches your desired location. You will receive a unique tracking number by e-mail and you can check the status of the delivery at www.anpost.ie

Your package will be sent to:

  • The stated residential address or work address that was provided during the order process.
  • If indicated, to an alternative delivery address.

RETURNS

According to Distance Selling Regulations, when purchasing products the Consumer has the option to repudiate the contract without specifying any reasons for a period of at least 14 days. This period starts on the day the product is received by or on behalf of the Consumer. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
